Where is the BridgeDB ontology? #280
Comments
Don't think we should be using http://openphacts.cs.man.ac.uk:9090/ontology/DataSource.owl# - not really sure we can use a random port on random machine as a namespace. The bridgdb.org should probably be the one to use but it would be nice if the URI would resolve. |
@egonw agreed to publish my ontology at http://vocabularies.bridgedb.org/ops# |
Any progress on this, @egonw..? |
Yeah, but not a particularly helpful one... we're trying to fix the vocabularies.wp.org page... and have the vocab.bridgedb.org page similarly... but the first is yet without a final decision... I will ping Nuno and go ahead with what we likely want with vocab.wp.org too... (thanks for the ping) |
@nunogit, can you help me with access to the vocabularies.bridgedb.org website? I want to remove neologism and have a regular Apache... |
I sent the data regarding that. |
@stain, I'm making good progress: http://vocabularies.bridgedb.org/ops But I found a bug: bridgedb/vocabularies#1 |
OK, task completed. @stain, can you please check and when you're happy close this issue? |
Two namespaces:
.. used for terms like linksetJustification, subjectsDatatype and more BridgeDb-specific like hasIdentifiersOrgPattern and systemCode.
I don't know if these two namespaces are the same or not. But the fact is that none of them resolve (both give 404). I now face this issue in IMS loading as IMS assumes the first for justifications, while Jonathan's VOID correctly uses the second.
See bridgedb/BridgeDb#13
