Video Course on latest PHP versions

Hi, one of the things Foundation can do is to make good quality video course on PHP.
Currently there is a general lack of resourses in video format for learning PHP from scratch.
One of the reasons Node became famous are easily accessible courses for it on various platforms including Udemy Bootcamps etc.
Foundation should also consider doing something similar. It may even become good sourse of income for foundation.
