I downloaded a web template from bootstrap , which is free, can i change the internal things and can i host my website? , it may dont harm in future for website?

As per my knowledge if you are improvising the structure and build new component and give referrals to the original creator then there will be no issue it seems. Also please if possible then email confirmation.
