Something like this:

🕐 = queued
📃 = in a playlist

If I'm looking at a show's feed and I have various episodes queued or in a playlist, it would appear like this:

Or, for a less busy view, you could have the icons on different sides or underneath the title (or maybe different sizes?), like:
