Problem description
Ensure release artifacts include CLIs and Python build artifacts.
The github action running on the master branch should also upload the current CLI and python artifacts as these represent the current snapshot artifacts.

Problem location
Release process and github build process.

Suggestions for an improvement
Ensure suitable retention configuration is set to ensure the older snapshot artifacts are purged.
