In order to figure out #2, it would be really really useful if we could log exactly what was being passed to pasrseToElastic() here, and then get with Cisco to compare what their endpoint passes into theirpasrseToElastic().

This is my attempt at logging the `request.query` to CloudWatch.
I’m not sure this is the correct way, and intended to just build, YOLO,
and upload, but I can’t get Lambda to take my built JAR so I’m
committing this possibly wrong code instead.
