Im running a Razer Blade 14" 2014 on Arch and Im running into over heating issues, it seems my fans arent being recognized (ascpi??) Do you think you could help me move in the right direction to create a seperate fan/tempurature regulator for Razer laptops??

the driver already does this. you need to manually install the rgb_test app for now to control them.

I'm having difficulties registering them with acpi right now due to the way razer implemented fan control. you can only set the rpm, never query them.

also in regards to separate fan control...are you talking about controlling each fan indipendently? if so, that simply isn't possible.

Ok I’ll give it a shot, and no I don’t mean independently. I was also getting issues with acpi and the fan control module I made wasn’t receiving query data. Glad I’m not the only one. I’ll see if the rgb_test app you made works for my older models fans.
