1 Saving model variables for cooperative signalling

Currently some of the crucial model variables, e.g. some specific agent statuses or detector values, etc are not saved during the simulations.

Task: Decide on and implement exactly which variables should be saved. Accordingly the saving method in monitoring.ifdb:save_agent_dataRAM and monitoring.ifdb.save_resource_dataRAM should be modified.

Definition of Done: One can generate saved zarr arrays with the saved variables when the cooperative signalling model is run.
