Make it possible to have Monday as start of week

Hi @scottbedard, me again, maybe you have another easy solution to this: I need to create calendars where the start of the week is Monday, not Sunday. Could you envisage adding an option for this?

Currently there isn't a way to do this, but I'm open to adding one! Maybe we could add a startWeekDay option that accepts a value of 0 (sunday) to 6 (saturday), and then lays out the different views accordingly 🤔
