This is a shot in the dark, as I'm not sure I actually know what I'm asking for.
I want to use Input-Remapper to use my Fanatec racing pedals with Star Citizen. By default, this device does not show up in Proton 9's wine control panel at all, and I've seen people suggest using a virtual joystick that has at least one button as a workaround. This seems to work, however Proton/wine sees the device as an xinput device, which SC then uses to control the mouse. Not ideal for pedals.
I don't know if this is something that can be fixed in Input-Remapper, but if so, it would be very nice to have the option to create a virtual joystick with up to the max number of numbered buttons (80, I think), rather than a virtual gamepad.
