I want to add that a Code of Conduct should be a high priority for this website and the community in general, as we move quickly on projects like this. There are a bunch of ready-made CoC's we can draw on, or copy-n-paste wholesale. This is the most common one that I am familiar with: |

Based on discussions at the previous
#pod_mustella
call, I thought I'd put together a quick proposal for how we could have a barebones site for coordinating Skywoman activities via a static site generator (eg, Vuepress, Next.js, Gatsby, etc). This isn't in place of the idea of assigning moderators to each channel in Discord, but could work hand-in-hand with that, if moderators can also be tasked w/ passing on updates for the site to the Mustella group, or making edits themselves if they're comfortable with that. And none of this needs to be set in stone, not now or ever. We just keep it simple to start and let it evolve as needed or let it die if it's not useful.
UPDATE: I have scaffolded a bare-bones site using Vitepress in the skywoman.coop repository.
Provisional Site Map
Depending on what the final content looks like, these could be individual pages or just sections of a landing page, with a grid of cards for the pods/regions.
We could also have a page for miscellany, like stuff that's not quite a pod but a major focus area, like shared-services, or pods who aren't quite ready to put themselves "out there".
Tasks
In rough order:
