Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Presentations are only recorded with 15 FPS and ~8 Mbps. This results in laggier mouse movements and maybe a bit sketchier color transitions:

What I see on the screen:

What's recorded (steps are visible in the color transition):

If you download these images and open them locally, the difference is a bit more visible.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option in the Recording popup window to adjust the frame (60 FPS would be nice) and bitrate (YouTube recommends 53–68 Mbps for 60 FPS 4K videos) if these file sizes would still be manageable.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Editing this value manually in recording.ts—this would be a bit rudimentary.
