Issue description

Unexpected cursor jumps happens when you tap in the editor to move the cursor.

Environment:

Android 13
Gboard
Chrome

I could reproduce the problem on my Google Pixel 4a and also on several other android devices on BrowserStack.

The problem is caused by Gboard's spellchecking, but we eventually switched to another library.
