Describe the bug
Blessed Weapon Coating not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Blessed Weapon Coating (item=34538) on your weapon
  2. Cast any spell

Expected behavior
Use Blessed Weapon Coating on your weapon, cast any spell and you should regain 320 mana with some chance
