Star Wars Trilogy (Location Test) Version Problem

In Star Wars Trilogy (Location Test), when I insert a coin and the stage select menu appears on the screen, it appears as the Hoth level is already completed, with 0 points

So, I only can select one of the other two stages

I already deleted NVRAM and the problem continues

Is this a bug and can be fixed or is the suppossed behaviour on this version?

After completing the other two stages in the location test version it displays a screen saying "COMING SOON"; I reckon it's most likely that the Hoth stage is simply not included in this version.
