[Feature]: Allow more types for modelValue in Select

Describe the feature

The current implementation supports only string values, which can be restrictive in certain use cases. Expanding this functionality to allow additional data types would significantly enhance flexibility and usability.

I came across an issue in Radix Vue, and it seems like this will be implemented in v2.
