feat(create-vite): Add Marko

Description

In preparation for the upcoming Marko 6 release, we are hoping to add Marko w/ Marko Run to the list of frameworks that are included in create-vite.

Suggested solution

The create-marko package includes a variety of examples to start Marko projects with. I would be happy to make a PR that calls the CLI directly like Svelte does here, and/or to create template-marko and template-marko-ts examples that match up with examples for other frameworks.

Alternative

Instead of npm create vite, developers can use npm create marko when scaffolding a new application.

It would be great to have Marko in create-vite. We can start with a Marko option that only have Official Marko Starter option for now. And if you think you can help us maintain simple templates like the ones we have for other frameworks we could also discuss that.
