Changes

This PR addresses common points of confusion in bug/crash reports in the following ways:

  • Added more guidelines under each section
  • Introduced placeholders in text boxes for further guidance
  • Made more fields required to reduce empty issue submissions
  • Added a "Compiled from GitHub Source Code" option under Platforms
  • Updated the example Version number to 0.5.0
  • Shortened/removed some labels to streamline reviews
