VASPBAUM

It is the first release of VASPBAUM, the band unfolding machinery for VASP outputs.
It features a simple interface and is easy to unfold band structure within the VASP framework.
There is no need to provide a transformation matrix but provide a target primitive cell to be unfolded.
It is also able to calculate circular dichroic response with unfolding features.
Also, the incident angle of circularly polarized light can be controlled.
