- Updated/Simplified implementation #4 (Thanks @damantou). Also addressed #7.
- Added both commands to the command palette #8.
- Provided correct key binding for OSX in README.md #3 and #5.
- Will continue conversation to keep/imporve OSX keybindings in #3.
