1. Set slope measurement methods
- Educated guess. No scales used, only looking and standing at a ramp.
Select "too steep" when in doubt.
- (default) Low Tech Measure. Use a low-cost scale that may be accurate to .5 degree.
- Engineering. Use an electronic level.

* Zoom/pan/locate
* Base layer- OpenStreetmap streets
* North Arrow (maybe, some indicate this is useless)
* Help Button (phase 3 only)

* Intersection Layer- Cartodb layer of points.
Selecting a point navigates to Intersection Screen
* Baselayer, bing maps
* Corners cartodb points from nodes in walkway network
* Crossings –vectors, generated on the fly in javascript/openlayers
* Named streets ( a cartodb /openlayers layer) (maybe.. would help with orienting)
* North Arrow (Open Layer decoration?)
* Prompt for crossing Crossing STREETNAME” (open layer text)
* Corner Observation Buttons
- Perfect Ramp (slope =< 5%, truncated domes, contrast, not black, no obstruction)
- No ramp
- Other Ramps
* good (slope <= 5%, any surface treatment, no barriers, no drainage problem)
* so-so ( slope between 5% and 8.3%, any surface treatment, no barriers, no drainage problem
* bad (slope > 8.4%, OR barriers and any slope, drainage problem and any slope, ruined surface)
- Comments- and these will apply to the entire intersection
* Too complicated to review
* Construction Site
- Skip this button moves to the next curb ramp
- All like last Sets all curb ramps at this intersection
to match the observation of the just completed observation
DOES THIS SAVE the SLOPE FOR THIS CORNER?
- Clear This button clears all curb ramp observations
- UI Navigation Buttons. Both selections return to Overview screen
* Save Observations for this Intersection.
* Do Nothing- do not review or change this intersection
