feat(i18n): Complete Turkish translation for core application

Description of Changes

This PR completes and improves the Turkish translations for the core application (messages_tr_TR.properties).

What was changed

• Added missing translations for all UI elements
• Updated existing translations for better clarity

• Fixed capitalization and punctuation
