Updated "What can you use the TSD data management tools assembly for?" section with latest DSW instance link, TSD links, and minor fixes. In addition, I suggest to add hyperlink to TSD DataLoader https://www.uio.no/english/services/it/research/sensitive-data/help/dataloader.html where it says "In addition to storage services offered by TSD,..." as "..storage services offered by TSD" or maybe there is another relevant TSD page that should be mentioned here f.eks sharing sensitive data across projects

## Who can use the TSD data management tools assembly?

Resources on TSD itself are accessible for international users through [EOSC](https://marketplace.eosc-portal.eu/services/tds) and directly through the [University of Oslo](https://www.uio.no/english/services/it/research/sensitive-data/access/). Researchers in Norway can in addition obtain access through the [national e-infrastructure program Sigma2](https://www.sigma2.no/sensitive-data-services).

After going through #1595 issue, I realised the sentence "Resources on TSD itself are accessible for international users directly through the University of Oslo" sounds incomplete and could also be misinterpreted so, it is important to mention (or link to page where it is mentioned) how those resources are accessible and/or what procedures make those resources accessible for international users.

My understanding is that international users here refer to non-UiO users and collaborators of UiO users, for which this page seems more relevant https://www.uio.no/english/services/it/research/sensitive-data/help/administrative-tasks/request-software-non-uio-users.html Thoughts?

@bianchini88 you are right, the one you mentioned is more relevant. The one I shared could also be mentioned in a context of collaborators of non-UiO users? or as text said "international users" :)
