[FEATURE] Adjust volume via music widget

Scroll up/down the music widget now changes music volume via playerctl instead of switching workspaces

i try it in browser firefox, chromium and it not work:

spaceright changes system volume, this changes music volume

The code seems good, and runs well (at least for me on my Arch-based install), and the feature is really handy. We need this on main, truly.
