I keep this as a draft. The website upload is missing. It is still executed on every PR and push. Thus, things to do. However, some feedback and hints would be appreciated at this point. |

This commit uses the
volk_docbuild target in our CI to build the docs as part of our CI.First, we create an artifact to check if this works.
However, we should be able to upload the latest build to our website.
