docs(readme): improve fail2ban description #208

Here are few fixes in fail2ban description. I run webdav server in docker.

failregex needs \d+ for port
it seems like failregex can't use +=
write logs from Docker to journald

Tested with Fail2Ban v1.0.2, Ubuntu 24.04, WebDAV version: v5.7.0
