Codes for: Pathobionts in the tumour microbiota predict survival following resection for colorectal cancer [accepted for publication in Microbiome, DOI TBC]

This repository contains all codes required to analyse the data for the above manuscript. The (anonymised) data are uploaded to Zenodo DOI and should be downloaded separately. These files should be placed in the data folder on your computer after downloading this repository.

The two workflow scripts can be run on to perform the microbiome and metabolomics analyses.
