Most of our repositories currently use actions/upload-artifact@v3 for artifact uploading and actions/download-artifact@v3 for artifact downloading within our CI pipelines. However, an updated version, actions/upload-artifact@v4 and actions/download-artifact@v4, is now available and should be considered for adoption across our projects. @viferga

Good PR but missing the "Why?" (i.e. they are deprecated, newer version is mostly or fully compatible, has been tested, etc.) and a link to why it is interesting:

i.e. https://github.blog/2024-02-12-get-started-with-v4-of-github-actions-artifacts/
