Do we need a backport and do we have documentation somewhere how to generate those files / changes? ;)

I dont' think we need a backport (to be honest, I spent a substancial amount of time on this repo, and I still don't know how the backport works :/ )

And there is no need to generate those changes, everything should be auto, here, the automation was broken:

I suspect that it was because of a new file (the talk page doc)... So I'll watch carefully, and maybe update the code next time it is broken, but here it was the quick fix.

And if you want to do it by hand:

cd user_manual/
make gettext
