After the success as platform lead I was asked if I'd like to take on the role of Technical Architect for the delivery,
I onboarded 2 new juniors to the project to replace me on the platform and stepped up into a new architecture role.
This role was taking a step back to understand and analyse what we're doing, why we're doing it, and the best way
to deliver this to bring the most possible value to the business.
